Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the exterior of your home, we can complete the job without you present. We'll send a confirmation when we're finished.
What if it rains right after my cleaning?
We stand behind our work with a 7-day Rain Guarantee. If rain hits your windows within a week of your cleaning, just give us a call. We'll come back out and get them spotless again, free of charge
